The successful candidate:

• Must be immediately available and accessible to Milan full-time.

• Extensive experience within businesses over £400m t/o.

• A background in B2B services.

• Proven experience within private equity-backed organisations .

• A strong track record supporting or leading M&A transactions .

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• The ability to operate hands-on while also thinking strategically.
