The successful candidate:

- Must be immediately available and accessible to Milan full-time.

- Extensive experience within businesses over £400m t/o.

- A background in B2B services.

- Proven experience within private equity-backed organisations .

- A strong track record supporting or leading M&A transactions .

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- The ability to operate hands-on while also thinking strategically.
