We are advising a large, complex, private capital backed industrial and services business on the appointment of an Interim Chief Transformation Officer.
This role sits at the heart of the leadership agenda, reporting directly to the CEO with regular exposure to the Board and investor group. The organisation operates across multiple sites and geographies and is entering a decisive phase of operational and financial transformation.
The focus is execution. You will be accountable for setting up and leading a transformation office, translating strategic priorities into clearly defined workstreams, and driving disciplined delivery across the business.
Scope of the role
- Build and run a transformation office with clear governance and cadence
- Lead operational improvement initiatives across procurement, cost reduction, pricing, and performance management
- Partner closely with IT to modernise ERP and core enterprise systems
- Work alongside the CFO to strengthen financial consolidation, reporting, and data capabilities
- Ensure value creation initiatives are tracked, delivered, and sustained
- Act as a trusted partner to the CEO and leadership team, providing clarity and momentum
Background sought
- Senior transformation leadership experience in complex organisations
- Proven track record of hands on delivery rather than advisory only roles
- Experience across consulting and private capital backed environments, combined with operational leadership inside a business
- Comfortable operating on site, at pace, and with high accountability
