Interim CFO (Private Equity)

Camino Search are partnering with a mid-market PE investor as they look to hire an Interim CFO to drive professionalisation and introduce best practice post investment. You will work closely with the PE operating advisors as well as the wider exec team to drive automation and modernise reporting and financial controls.

This role be based in their Italian HQ but the business provides services internationally and will require some international travel. As well as improving financial operations, as Interim CFO you will be responsible for supporting the M&A and integration planning and execution.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

• Professionalise financial operations and processes
• Responsible for monthly reporting and board pack presentation
• Oversight of reporting, FP&A, modelling and transformation teams
• Drive businesses M&A strategy and integration planning
• Key business partner to the PE operating team
• Continuously improve controls and reporting

This role will be well suited to a CFO who has a background working with mid & large cap PE investors. Speaking fluent Italian is essential.
