Role Description
We are looking for an Insurance Product Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of our insurance products, from initial concept to the drafting of POG (Product Oversight and Governance) documentation. This role will play a key part in ensuring our products are aligned with market needs, while complying with current regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the development of insurance products, from design through technical implementation to market launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Underwriting, Claims, Administration, IT, Marketing, Sales) to ensure optimal product integration within the company environment.
- Oversee technical aspects of product development, ensuring alignment with customer needs and regulatory compliance.
- Draft, update, and maintain POG documentation to ensure all products meet legal requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and potential areas for product innovation.
- Monitor product performance and implement strategic adjustments based on key business metrics.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing insurance products, with in-depth understanding of the product lifecycle.
- Strong academic background in Economics or Law, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience in regulatory compliance and governance documentation.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent command of the English language, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
