Insurance Legal Counsel, Italy – Contracts & Regulation

A major insurance company is seeking a Legal Counsel in Italy to provide high-quality legal support for insurance products and distribution schemes. This role will work closely with the Country counsel and is pivotal in managing legal risks, drafting and reviewing contracts, and liaising with regulators. The ideal candidate will have a law degree, qualification to the Italian bar, and prior experience in law firms or in-house legal departments, along with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
