We are currently looking for an Instrumentation Project Engineer with process industry experience to work for an oil & gas client in Lombardy. The client has a need for a project engineer to join them for an initial 12 months delivering plans for CAPEX projects on the site.
The role will suit a Project Engineer with experience in any process plant industry (renewables / oil & gas / chemicals) who has a background in instrumentation and/or control systems. You would be required to write technical specifications for these types of equipment, material requisitions and coordinate the engineering subcontractors.
Project Engineer Specification:
START: ASAP – Immediate (Interviews next week)
LOCATION: Lombardy, Italy
DURATION: 12 month contract (temporary to permanent options available).
Essential Skills:
Project Engineering experience (5-10+ years).
Instrumentation or Control Systems Engineering background; ideally in renewables, oil, gas, chemical or similar process industry.
Site based experience, working on CAPEX projects delivering engineering packages.
Ability to deliver write technical specifications for instrumentation and/or control systems equipment.
Experience with coordinating engineering & design subcontractors.
