Opportunity
Bocconi University is looking for an Institutional Affairs Intern to support the Institutional Affairs Business Unit in the creation of a digital historical archive of the University's governance bodies and the International Advisory Council (IAC).
The intern will collaborate with the Business Unit team in the collection, organization, and systematization of institutional documents and data, contributing to the development of a structured digital archive.
The role will also involve the use of Artificial Intelligence tools adopted by the University to support document analysis, classification, and the optimization of archiving processes, in compliance with internal policies and data protection regulations.
Key activities may include:
- Mapping and organizing available institutional documents and sources
- Classifying and indexing materials according to defined standards
- Supporting the digitalization and structured archiving of documents
- Performing data quality checks and validation
- Preparing a short final report to support future consultation and updates.
During the internship, the candidate may also support additional activities within the Business Unit and gain exposure to the institutional governance processes of the University.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree with an outstanding academic path
- Fluency in both Italian and English
- Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months).
- Strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity
- Interest in institutional affairs, governance, or knowledge management
- High attention to detail and structured working approach
- Proficiency with AI tools and Microsoft Office 365
