As Site Supervisor you oversee on-site wind turbine installation activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timely progress. You work with the Site Manager, Logistics, Purchasing, and subcontractors to supervise lifting operations, turbine preparation, and in-tower work across Vestas wind parks. You report on safety, cost planning, and deviations while guiding non-conformities and punch-list creation. High school degree with 2–3 years in construction management or equivalent 1–2 years of site and team management experience Knowledge of safety procedures, delivery procedures, electrical instruments, cells, and APIs; ability to read technical documents Experience or familiarity with wind sector; additional value if previously in wind projects Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written) Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills Ability to maintain safety and manage crises; leadership and team‑building abilities Ability to prioritize under stress Requisiti fondamentali
