Libra Total Quality is hiring an Inspectors and Expediters Coordinator to join our headquarters in Cologno Monzese (Milan), Italy .

The Role
You will play a key role in coordinating inspection and expediting activities across projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery. Acting as a central point of contact, you will work closely with inspectors, expediters, and clients.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate inspectors and expediters
- Plan inspection and expediting activities based on project needs and client notifications
- Ensure inspection reports are delivered accurately and on time
- Communicate directly with clients and project stakeholders
- Review, validate, and approve inspection and expediting reports
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent command of English (minimum B2 level)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical background is a plus)
