Position Overview
As the Insights and Analytics Manager at Sirvis, you will own the heartbeat of the data generated by our HoReCa ecosystem, driving the main monetization stream of the Sirvis platform. This senior position requires you to co-design analytics strategies with stakeholders from Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies and Wholesalers, transforming data into intelligent reports that generate actionable insights. You will leverage advanced analytics, and coordinate data engineering and data management efforts. Your role is pivotal in shaping strategic directions and driving business value, both now and in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Collaboration: Design analytics strategies with CPG and wholesaler stakeholders to monetize the platform.
- Vendor Coordination: Oversee vendor collaborations, data structure strategy, and implement data governance for quality assurance.Coordinate with external vendors to build the strategic framework and develop analytics tailored to different personas.
- Data monetization: Build frameworks to automate processes and support performance-based models.
- Customer Experience: Use customer feedback (NPS) to drive improvements, refining product and sales strategies.
- Advanced Analytics and Automation: Implement and optimize automated actions to enhance digital marketing and platform efficiency.
- Insights and Decision Support: Synthesize data into user-friendly dashboards, providing insights for strategic planning.
- Capabilities Development: Foster a data-driven culture, training teams to drive business value.
- Project management: Able to work in a cross-functional environment where agile methodology become useful.
Qualifications:
- Proven record leading data teams (2+ years)
- Experience as an individual contributor (4+ years) in face paced environments (consulting firms / SaaS start up etc.)
- Experience in product management for SaaS will be highly valuated
- Demonstrable hands-on-experience developing end to end analytics solutions (from ETL to data visualization)
- Proficiency in Python and SQL are nice to have
- Developer knowledge of visualization tools (Power BI preferred)
- Experience with cloud platforms, ideally Azure
- Excellent project management skills, including stakeholder engagement, roadmap planning, implementation, user training, and managing under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, in Economics or in Statistics, Programming, or Data Science required; Master’s degree or relevant certifications are highly preferred.
