We operate as a strategic B2B partner to universities on a global scale. Leveraging our vast student audience, we ensure our Higher Education partners achieve maximum visibility for their academic offerings, connecting them with a targeted student base.


We are hiring a dynamic Inside Sales Specialist to join our Sales Team in Turin.

Your role will be pivotal: you will effectively represent Docsity and our suite of digital marketing services to key decision-makers within the Higher Education sector. You will be on the front lines, promoting solutions that help universities reach and engage the next generation of students.


What You'll Do

  • Your primary focus will be high-volume outbound activity. You'll spend your days making cold calls, sending targeted emails, and using LinkedIn to identify and connect with key decision-makers in the Higher Education sector.
  • You will master the art of the first contact, turning cold leads into warm conversations and qualified opportunities.
  • You'll take full ownership of your results, driving revenue by consistently meeting and exceeding ambitious individual and team sales targets.


What We're Looking For

  • Exceptional communication skills with mandatory professional fluency (C1 or higher) in both English and French .
  • A track record of 1-2 years in a B2B Sales or Business Development role, where cold calling and proactive outreach were key responsibilities .
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher).
  • A proactive, resilient, and goal-oriented approach. You are not afraid of rejection and are motivated by the challenge of the sale.

Location: Turin (Lungo Po Diaz), we embrace a hybrid work model, offering a balance of 3 days in our Turin office for collaboration and 2 days of smart working for focused productivity.

Contract & salary: To be defined based on your experience and seniority.
