Role
The Inside Sales Specialist will support the sales operations, based in Agrate Brianza (Italy) and will occasionally travel within Italy and the eastern European territories.
Responsibilities
- Preparation and adjustment of calculation models based on logistics, cost parameters, and profitability analysis to support sales strategies and client management.
- Management of direct relationships with C-category customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Analytical support for A and B customer evaluations, preparing calculation models and analyses to assist senior sales personnel in strategic decision‑making and negotiations.
- Reduction of administrative workload for senior sales personnel by taking over routine data management and analysis.
Profile / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales analysis role, ideally within logistics, supply chain, or a related industry.
- Fluent in Italian, Polish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and collaborate with senior sales stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking, solid problem‑solving skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with CRM systems is considered a plus.
- Proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential challenges; able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
