For one of our industrial clients operating internationally, we are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative to strengthen the commercial team in Northern Italy (Piemonte area) .
The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in supporting the sales organisation by managing customer relationships, processing orders, preparing quotations and supporting the field sales team. This position acts as a central link between customers, sales, supply chain and internal operations.
Key responsibilities
Sales & Customer Support
- Daily interaction with customers to manage inquiries, quotations and orders.
- Preparation and follow-up of commercial offers and pricing.
- Order entry and coordination with internal departments.
- Support to Area Sales Managers and field sales activities.
Order & Account Management
- End-to-end order management from receipt to delivery.
- Coordination with logistics and supply chain to ensure on-time delivery.
- Handling customer requests related to availability, lead times and pricing.
- Updating customer and order data in the CRM / ERP system.
Commercial Development
- Proactive follow-up of quotations to convert them into orders.
- Upselling and cross-selling of products to existing customers.
- Identification of commercial opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Support in maintaining and developing long-term customer relationships.
Internal Coordination
- Close collaboration with Sales, Logistics and Operations teams.
- Support in resolving order discrepancies, delivery issues and customer claims.
- Reporting and support on sales data, forecasts and customer activity.
Candidate profile
- Experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support or Customer Service , preferably in an industrial or B2B environment.
- Strong commercial and customer-oriented mindset.
- Fluent Italian and English (both required).
- Other European languages are a plus.
- Structured, organised and detail-oriented working style.
- Comfortable working with ERP/CRM systems.
- Team player with good communication skills.
