Your responsibilities include:
- Liaise with and support a defined customer base
- Growth of sales opportunities
- Provide price and delivery quotes
- Follow up these quotes; process orders and monitor shipments to customers
- Systematically develop the sales area and build new customer relationships
- Maintain a high quality of work for our customers
- Close teamwork with Outside Sales
- Successfully grow supplier relationships to help support your customer activities
- Develop, learn, and grow as an individual and as a successful TTI employee
What you bring to us:
- Fluent Italian and English
- Experience in Inside Sales or similar position, e.g., sales assistant, customer service
- Experience in maintaining existing customer base; winning new customers
- Good MS-Office skills, especially Excel
- Accurate and good at working with numerical data
- This position will suit a tenacious, outgoing person
- Team player with excellent organizational and communication skills, able to work under pressure and deal with people at all levels
- Experience in the electronic, distribution or financial sector is advantageous
