SR Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

As the leading solution for Practice Management & Patient Engagement, we are looking for an Inside Sales (all genders) to join our growing Sales Team .

In this role you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities, engaging potential customers, communicating the value of our platform, and supporting deal closures.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from first contact to closing the deal.
  • Take full ownership of your pipeline and sales strategies to convert leads into customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide solutions for healthcare professionals.
  • Unlock real growth opportunities based on your performance and results.
  • Play a key role in achieving AlfaDocs’ ambitious goals and contributing directly to our success.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in SaaS or healthcare) managing the entire sales cycle end-to-end.
  • Strong ability to drive and manage commercial negotiations, handle objections, and guide prospects to a successful buying decision.
  • A consultative and value-driven approach, building trusted long‑term relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal: empathetic, clear, and adaptable.
  • Skilled in delivering product demos, uncovering customer needs, and translating them into tailored solutions.
  • Strong negotiation skills regarding pricing, contractual terms, and conditions.
  • Fluency in Italian (native level) and advanced proficiency in English (B2/C1).

Administrative Info

  • Contract: 1‑year fixed‑term with renewal to indefinite term.
  • Salary range: fixed salary €30‑33k + €12k OTE (on target earnings).
  • Location: Accademia Tecniche Nuove, Via Eritrea 21, 20157 Milano.
  • Office model: Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
  • Working hours: Monday‑Friday, 09:00‑18:00, 1‑hour lunch break.
  • Trial period: 30 days.
  • Start date: September/October 2025.
