About The Role
The Business Assurance team is looking for an Innovation Specialist for the Italy & Adriatics market. The role will support the growth of new service lines, contributing to business development and supporting sales activities.
This position, as part of Innovation and Business Development Team, plays a key role in identifying new market opportunities, supporting the development of innovative services together with technical experts, and contributing to the achievement of commercial targets.
Main Responsibilities

  • Support market analysis by monitoring trends, opportunities, potential clients, and competitor strategies.
  • Contribute to the identification and evaluation of new business opportunities, sectors, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and the Innovation Team to support the development of new services and innovative solutions.
  • Assist in commercial activities for new services, helping to the achievement of personal and Team sales targets.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in customer visits and support the preparation and delivery of commercial and marketing presentations.
  • Work with Innovation Team and Marketing & Communication to develop materials and support participation in events, conferences, and seminars.

About You
About you:
  • Degree in relevant disciplines such as Economics, Engineering, Sciences, Business Administration or similar.
  • Experience (at least 2-3 years) in business development or sales roles in the TIC sector or similar.
  • Familiarity with certification services and accreditation schemes
  • Qualification as auditor or evidence of ISO 9001/14001/45001 training courses is a plus
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and, in general, a goal-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently and to take decisions.
  • Fluency in English - both spoken and written
  • Availability to travel mainly domestically to meet customers and take part in meetings, conferences, and other events.
