What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee on-site conversions of balers to plastic tie systems
- Train plant teams on optimal usage and troubleshoot performance
- Feed technical insights from customer sites back to HQ
- Support sales and account managers as the technical point of contact
What You’ll Bring
- Experience working directly with baling equipment (highly preferred)
- 2+ years in a field engineering or industrial technician role
- A hands-on mechanical mindset and customer-facing skills
- Ability to travel regularly and work independently
