Your mission

As Senior Project Manager – Electrical Engineering, you will lead the development and execution of grid connection infrastructure for renewable energy projects—playing a key role across the entire project lifecycle.

You will preferably be based in our Bari office, with the option to work from Rome, within a hybrid model.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of grid connections from feasibility to construction and final handover;
• Manage technical negotiations with grid operators, ensuring full regulatory compliance;
• Act as the reference point for electrical infrastructure (substations, cable routes, overhead lines);
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders;
• Oversee contracts and third‑party contractors/consultants involved in electrical infrastructure delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent);
• 5+ years of experience in utility‑scale renewable projects (grid connection focus);
• Strong problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills;
• Fluency in Italian and English both written and spoken;
• Willingness to travel for several days at a time.
