Job Description:

Positioned at the heart of our evolution, our IT & Network team is pivotal in driving both team and organizational growth. As a Network Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain network solutions, ensuring optimal performance and security for our clients.

Your Missions:

• Design and implement network architectures for client projects
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliability
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to define network requirements
• Support network upgrades and migrations
• Ensure network security and compliance with company standards
• Document network configurations and procedures
• Provide technical support and training to team members

Your Profile:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or STEM-related field
• 1–2 years of experience in network engineering or a similar role
• Proficiency with network devices (routers, switches, firewalls)
• Experience with network protocols and troubleshooting tools
• Knowledge of network security principles
• English fluent. Italian is a plus.
• You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You demonstrate strong communication skills
• You demonstrate adaptability and ability to work in a hybrid environment
• You demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects effectively
