Innovation, continuous research, digital industry, and sustainability are the pillars of its business worldwide.Within the Manufacturing & Supply Chain area of the Electronic Division at the Livorno site, we are looking for a **Process Engineer**.The selected individuals will be placed within the Industrial Engineering units for the industrialization of products and manufacturing processes to ensure product manufacturability with the same quality standards and within predefined times and costs.The individuals will be responsible for the following activities:* Critical analysis of project documentation (Technical Specifications, Product Configuration, Mechanical and Electrical Drawings) and identification of key control characteristics.* Critical analysis of testing requirements.* Definition and development of manufacturing and testing equipment based on testing requirements.* Definition of testing documents for assemblies and sub-assemblies.* Definition of FAI Form (For First Article Inspection) to identify controls (destructive or non-destructive) on processes and on the sample product(s) necessary to evaluate the solidity and repeatability of the manufacturing and control process and ensure the quality of subsequent manufactured products.* Definition of the production flow.* Definition of area/work center layouts.* Definition of manufacturing operating instructions and intermediate and final controls in compliance with testing requirements.* Supervision and validation of special processes (galvanic treatments, painting, heat treatments, welding, etc.).* Support for production startup, both internal and external at suppliers * Conduct of Production Readiness Review (PRR) * Conduct of FAI (First Article Inspection)* Problem Solving to support internal and external non-conformities and definition of corrective actions.* Technical evaluation of external suppliers for their qualification in relation to the relevant product category.**Education:** Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace, Industrial, Nuclear, etc.).**Required Experience Level:** Junior (1-3 years) or Expert (3-5 years)**Technical Knowledge and Skills*** Ability to critically analyze mechanical drawings, oriented towards * identification of criticalities in manufacturing processes in relation to geometries and tolerances, * knowledge of materials and technological processing methods* Knowledge of main Mechanical Manufacturing Processes, such as: * Knowledge of Heat Treatments, * Surface coating processes (galvanic treatments, painting, etc.) * Welding processes * Knowledge of process control technologies (Non-Destructive Testing)* Planning and designing the main phases of the production process.* 2D and 3D CAD knowledge for the design of assembly and test equipment.* Problem solving and critical thinking.* Review of testing requirements aimed at defining Testing Equipment and defining the testing procedure.* Knowledge of the project development process lifecycle.* Basic computer skills.**Behavioral Skills**Strong results orientation, ability to interact with other stakeholders in the process, generating the correct level of involvement, ability to escalate, excellent interpersonal skills, aptitude for teamwork, listening, and communication.**Language Skills:** Good knowledge of English (minimum B1 level)**Computer Skills:*** Knowledge of SAP application (not essential)* Knowledge of Office suite (WORD, EXCEL, PROJECT)* Knowledge of 2D CAD (AUTOCAD) and 3D (CREO)**We look forward to your application**: send us your CV within **three weeks** from the opening of the job advertisement.**How does the selection process work?**Following the collection of applications, CVs that are most aligned with the required qualifications are evaluated and identified.Selected candidates undergo an introductory interview with the Human Resources team, motivational and aptitude-based, followed by a technical in-depth interview with the Business.At the end of the process, candidates receive feedback, both in case of a positive or negative outcome.**Involvement**, **skill development**, and care for the **well-being** and **safety of people** are the cornerstones of our corporate culture.We are committed every day to fostering an **inclusive and stimulating** work environment, actively promoting the principles of **inclusion, equity, and diversity valorization**.What we offer?* Fixed remuneration commensurate with the experience and level of the selected person, accompanied by bonuses linked to business results;
