About the Role

Technical Skills Required

• SFTP Administration
• HR Application Integrations
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations
• Knowledge of interface monitoring & troubleshooting
• SuccessFactors Functional Knowledge
• Appian
• Basic SQL or Log Analysis

Responsibilities

• SFTP Support
• Create new SFTP user accounts
• Manage folders, access permissions, and file availability checks
• Validate whether integrations have received files in the correct folders
• HR Applications Integrations Monitoring & Support
• Monitor inbound/outbound interface flows
• Help fix integration errors and escalate when required

Qualifications

A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Automation, or Information Technology is required.
