The Grand Hotel Imperiale , a benchmark of excellence in luxury hospitality, is seeking a Construction Engineer , offering a professional environment and concrete opportunities for growth for those who aspire to build a career in high-end hospitality. Our 5* Luxury Hotel is located in Forte dei Marmi, Tuscany.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all engineering aspects of luxury renovation projects
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets
- Resolve on-site technical issues and provide engineering solutions
- Conduct site inspections and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in high-end or luxury construction/renovation projects (hospitality experience is a strong advantage)
- Previous experience working on projects in the Middle East is required
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management principles
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
- Fluent in English
