NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EIB funded project called: EV Charging Infrastructure - Market Study (CNC) and is searching for experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.
The overall objective of this assignment is to develop a comprehensive, sector-wide analysis of publicly accessible urban EV charging infrastructure across the EU, providing a consolidated understanding of the main characteristics and conditions that shape neighbourhood, destination and urban hub charging segments.
Duration : The intended start date is March 2026 and the services shall be provided for a period of 16 months from this date.

☝️ Qualifications and skills:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Engineering or another field relevant to the Assignment. (Minimum requirement )
- Working command of English language (CEFR C1). (Minimum requirement )
☝️ General professional experience:
- At least 15 years of professional experience in infrastructure investment, PPP/project finance, public-sector procurement, or related fields. (Minimum requirement )
☝️ Specific professional experience:
- At least 8 years of experience in evaluating delivery, procurement, financing and funding options for infrastructure projects, including preparation or assessment of financial strategies, PPP structures, concessions, or similar public-private delivery models. (Minimum requirement )
- Demonstrated experience in the financial or economic assessment of EV charging, alternative-fuel infrastructure, urban mobility, or comparable infrastructure sectors, evidenced by at least 2 relevant assignments. (Minimum requirement )
- Specific knowledge and experience in developing or reviewing procurement approaches for public authorities – including tender strategies, contract structures, risk allocation frameworks, or financial/commercial terms – demonstrated by at least 2 projects. (Minimum requirement )
- Experience leading strategic, economic, financial or comparative analysis of infrastructure delivery models (e.g., PPP/concession models, revenue-based or asset-light models) for public authorities, including option evaluation, value-for-money/affordability assessments, comparative analysis, or market-sounding exercises. (Asset )
- Experience in EU-funded advisory or technical assistance programmes (e.g., CEF, ELENA, national funding schemes). (Asset )
