Join Us as an IT Expert – Support Our Digital Future
We are looking for an IT Expert to join our growing team and contribute to the success of our digital transformation. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our management systems and driving our strategic transition into the GenAI era.
In close collaboration with our cross-functional teams, you’ll support the implementation, integration, and continuous improvement of our ERP system and its ecosystem.
As an Digital Agent, you’ll be a key enabler of our technological evolution, helping shape the digital backbone of our operations.
You’ll collaborate with experienced professionals across engineering, production, and corporate teams, in a setting that blends the rigor of global industry standards with the agility of a forward-looking company.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders during ERP project phases and integration activities
- Support company departments in the Digital transformation
- Develop and implement IT policies and best practices for the organization
Your Skill Set
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2–7+ years of experience working in an IT Consulting firm will be considered a strong plus
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or similar ERP platforms) and Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI)
- Proficiency with Italian and English (B2 CEFR level or higher)
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
- Experience or knowledge of the mechanical/precision engineering industry will be considered a plus
