Job Description:
You will join our IT team in Firenze, contributing to projects that require both onsite and remote collaboration (2/5 onsite). As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in gathering requirements, drafting functional documentation, and acting as a liaison between clients and IT teams.
Your Missions:
- Collect and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Draft and maintain functional documentation
- Interface with clients to clarify needs and expectations
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical feasibility
- Support project delivery and monitor progress
- Identify and resolve issues related to requirements and documentation
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Your Profile:
- Experience in requirements gathering (2+ years)
- Experience in drafting functional documentation
- Experience interfacing with clients and IT teams
- Proficiency with generative AI tools
- Degree in a relevant field is a plus
- English fluent. Italian fluent.
