For our Headquarter in Milan we are looking for an IT Governance & Performance Analyst , who can effectively work within the new IT Governance and Performance Lead function to define and set a full new dashboard of metrics/KPI, with the aim of monitoring the performance of the global IT Department along the year. The IT analyst will support the initiatives around data collection, analysis and KPI modelling, help in coordinating the different teams in the Group to build the metrics and provide needed information for the scope.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• To support the IT Governance and Performance Lead in collecting data, analyzing processes and defining KPI measurements;
• To check data availability, normalization, and consistency across all data domains and reports.
• To design reports/KPIs and dashboard related to the new performance metrics defined in order to verify IT performances and profitability;
• To contribute to operative processes improvement through data mining together with BI and local operation teams
• Drafting communication, procedures and materials to standardize, align monitoring and reporting of KPI
• Train the IT teams on the new procedures/

Requirements :

• University-level degree with record of strong academic performance in Information Technology/Engineering.
• Any experience in Business Intelligence / Analytics Department or process analysis is preferrable
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Products (Excel), Google, and other business productivity software
• Knowledge of Qlik View / Sense or equivalent BI tool is preferrable.
• Problem solving approach and ability of data analysis and analytics.
• Ability to interact effectively in a multi-cultural environment. A prior international exposure will be considered as a plus.
• Excellent mastery of written and spoken English (Spain, French or German is a plus).
• Collaborative spirit, with appreciation of diverse perspectives
• Bold, passionate, tenacious and curious mindset, not afraid to explore new ideas and challenge the status quo in pursuit of better solutions
