Company and Position Overview Randstad Healthcare, a specialized division in selecting professionals in the healthcare and social assistance sectors, is recruiting Registered Nurses for a renowned hospital in Bergamo. The hospital is part of one of Italy’s major health groups and serves as a model of a "future hospital," integrating care, research, and university teaching within a technologically advanced environment.
Salary and Compensation Annual salary: €22,000 – €28,000.
Contract: Permanent with production bonuses and incentives. CCNL AIOP Level D – 36 hours per week – Attendance bonus and integrated welfare.
Part‑time work by invoice is considered if full‑time availability (at least 150 hours per month) is guaranteed.
Experience No prior experience required.
Responsibilities The selected nurses will provide general nursing care and individualized patient assessments. Key activities include:
Administration of therapies
Wound care (medication applications)
Interaction with patients and monitoring of clinical conditions
Documentation and completion of clinical records
Supervision of auxiliary care personnel
Qualifications We offer a stable contract with production bonuses and a work‑life balance driven by well‑planned shifts to promote team well‑being. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in nursing or a related field.
