Industrialization Engineer

You will be responsible for the transition from design to production in the automotive sector, optimizing processes and ensuring quality.

About This Vacancy

• Lead the industrialization of new products in the automotive sector
• Ensure production processes are efficient and aligned with quality standards
• Collaborate with engineering teams to guarantee manufacturability
• Supervise installation and testing of production equipment
• Manage and maintain technical documentation (e.g., FMEA, work instructions, control plans)
• Work in a dynamic, technical environment with international growth opportunities
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives

What We Expect From You

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Management Engineering (or equivalent)
• At least 3 years’ experience in process engineering or industrialization (preferably within the automotive sector)
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and process analysis tools
• Experience with CAD (e.g., CATIA, Creo), PLM software, and MES systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOMs
• Leadership, results orientation, and ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
