Industrial Supply Chain Planner Accessories - Milan (Italy)
In this role you will define and secure production plans for Louis Vuitton’s accessories categories, ensuring alignment with seasonal launches and steady supply of permanent products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to balance demand, capacity, and constraints, driving reliable deliveries and performance. You will work closely with NPI, purchasing, and HQ teams to support launches and ongoing supply chain optimization. This is an opportunity to shape planning processes in a premium brand context and contribute to operational excellence. collective bargaining agreement (CCNL Occhialeria) Define and manage production plans aligned with launch calendars and demand assumptions Ensure timely delivery of seasonal products for launch readiness Secure continuous supply for permanent products considering demand and MOQ Issue production orders and follow up confirmations Monitor shipments against planning assumptions and address gaps Maintain accurate planning data and PDP updates in systems Build strong supplier relationships and monitor capacity and delivery reliability Lead governance with suppliers and coordinate with Purchasing and Pole Managers Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet launch requirements and provide visibility on delivery commitments Prepare and contribute to cross-functional reviews and communicate risks and actions Identify industrial constraints and assist in mitigation actions Collaborate to manage anticipation levers like security stock and pre-buying Monitor KPIs related to planning reliability and supplier performance Contribute to continuous improvement of planning tools, processes, and data quality Escalate IT/system issues and collaborate on resolution Support transformations to improve planning ways of working Highlight risks and provide fact-based status updates to stakeholders Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or industrial planning Strong knowledge of planning and supply chain processes in an industrial environment Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI and SAP Fluent in Italian and English; French would be a plus In this role you will define and secure production plans for Louis Vuitton’s accessories categories, ensuring alignment with seasonal launch… #J-18808-Ljbffr
