Adecco Italia Spa is looking for an Industrial Sales Specialist to join BP CASTROL, an international leader in the production of oils and lubricants for vehicles and industrial machinery.
Main responsibilities:
- Market Exploration and Opportunity Identification in the designated areas.
- New customer acquisition through lead generation and opportunity pipeline development.
- Ability to develop tailored presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition.
- Manage, nurture, and develop relationships with existing Industrial clients in Northern Italy.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to define the action plan.
- Collaborate with different company stakeholders (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the industrial sector and technical solutions.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience within the industrial sector.
- Demonstrated tenacity, resilience, and a proactive “hunter” mentality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel across Northern Italy.
- Fluent English language skills.
