Production Supervisor Job Opportunity

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our production facility, ensuring the smooth execution of processes and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial plant operation, with experience in offshore environments and knowledge of safety and environmental protection regulations. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control production processes to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to prevent equipment downtime and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve overall operational performance.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Requirements:

• Technical/industrial diploma or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years' experience in industrial plant operation, preferably in the oil & gas and/or petrochemical sector.
• Strong knowledge of safety and environmental protection regulations, including PED, ATEX, and LDAR.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
