We are looking for a:
Industrial Performance Manager – Value Creation Program
We are looking for an Industrial Performance Manager to join the Value Creation Program (VCP) , with the goal of supporting and driving industrial improvement initiatives aimed at increasing productivity and delivering cost savings.
The role will actively contribute to the identification, validation, and execution of projects related to manufacturing, production footprint optimization, and operational performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiative Pipeline Management
- Review and validate the assumptions underlying initiatives, ensuring consistency and realism
- Partner with Plant Managers and Finance to validate business cases
- Assess technical feasibility and ensure realistic timelines
Execution Support
- Facilitate workshops and problem-solving sessions
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across plants
- Contribute to the progress and delivery of key projects
Operational Performance Tracking
- Analyze productivity KPIs, capacity, bottlenecks, and key cost drivers
- Monitor initiative outcomes and track value realization in alignment with Finance
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Purchasing (Supplier Optimization), Engineering (process improvements), and Quality teams
- Monitor dependencies across initiatives
- Support initiative owners in maintaining and updating the VCP roadmap
Analysis KPIs
- Delivery of industrial savings
- Productivity improvement rate
Requirements:
- Degree in Economics / Finance or similiar
- Strong background in industrial/manufacturing environments
- Good understanding of industrial productivity levers
- Ability to work effectively with plant teams
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives
