Innovation, continuous research, digital industry, and sustainability are the pillars of its business worldwide.Within the Manufacturing & Supply Chain area of the Electronics Business Unit in Rome Tiburtina, we are looking for an **Industrial Engineer**.Key responsibilities include:* Control of production processes through the use of control charts* Industrialization of production processes and integration of new equipment into the line* Product configuration* Real-time product correlation analysis to intercept deviations in the production process and optimize technological yields* Participate in the standardization of technologies within production processes* Maintenance and implementation of Manufacturing Execution System for product tracking* Database standardization* Improvement projects for existing production processes through the integration of new technologies and/or Lean Manufacturing principles* Support for critical product analysis boards, identification/resolution of process non-conformities through the definition and monitoring of corrective actionsThe area of application for the required skills will be the fabrication of microwave semiconductor devices on Gallium Arsenide and Gallium Nitride.**Education:** Degree in STEM disciplines (preferably Physics or Electronic Engineering)**Required experience level:** Expert with significant work experience in production lines (2-5 years)**Technical knowledge and skills:*** Data analysis software for correlation analysis* Excellent knowledge of the Office suite* Preferable knowledge of programming languages (The most used in this Business Unit are Python, Matlab, SQL, VBA)* Knowledge/Experience in Lean Manufacturing Methodology* Any other certification is a plus**Behavioral skills:*** Ability to work in integrated and complex teams* Ability to interface with other departments/groups within the company* Collaborative, proactive, and reliable**Language skills:** Good knowledge of written and spoken English (B2)**We look forward to your application**: send us your CV within **three weeks** from the opening of the job advertisement.**How does the selection process work?**Following the collection of applications, CVs that best match the required qualifications are evaluated and identified.Selected candidates undergo an introductory interview with the Human Resources team, focusing on motivation and aptitude, followed by a technical in-depth interview with the Business.At the end of the process, feedback is provided to the person, both in case of a positive or negative outcome.**Involvement**, **valorization of skills**, attention to **well-being** and **safety of people** are the cornerstones of our corporate culture.We are committed every day to fostering an **inclusive and stimulating** work environment, actively promoting the principles of **inclusion, equity, and valorization of diversity.**What do we offer?* Fixed remuneration commensurate with the experience and level of the selected person, accompanied by performance bonuses linked to business results;
