As Industrial Controlling Manager, you own planning, reporting and financial analysis for the Industrial Accessories Division, partnering with operations to drive profit and control. You will shape budgeting cycles, forecast accuracy and management reporting while guiding cost control and capex decisions. Your work will enable strategic decisions and cross‑functional improvements within a global, fashion‑focused environment. • Define and oversee product costing, validate standards and analyze variances between actuals and targets
• Coordinate annual budget cycle and forecasts; manage monthly close and management reporting for Division and Maison
• Act as a proactive business partner for Heads of operational functions; define and monitor key KPIs for the industrial unit
• Oversee control of collection development costs and serve as Finance counterpart for Central Marketing during planning and reporting
• Govern fixed/variable cost control, capex investment management, and stock/obsolescence risk analyses
• Champion implementation and evolution of controlling information systems and cross‑functional improvement projects
• Participate in defining the 3–5 year industrial strategy from a profitability perspective
• Define and introduce new controlling policies aligning with Group standards

Responsabilità

• Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or equivalent
• At least 10 years of industrial management control experience
• Proven experience in team management and development
• Background in luxury, fashion, or high‑end manufacturing preferred
• Advanced proficiency in SAP (CO/FI) and reporting tools; strong data analysis or BI tool interest/skill
• Solid knowledge of industrial accounting and product costing
• Ability to operate within international matrix structures
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior management
• Decision‑making autonomy, proactivity, and results orientation
• Fluent in English and/or French; knowledge of both languages a plus
