An exciting opportunity has arisen to contribute to the Procurement Team at Haier Europe. What you will do

Main Activities

• Define procurement and purchasing strategies to optimize value.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to proactively define operational business needs.
• Handle RFQ processes, scout suppliers, communicate effectively, evaluate received offers, and define project deliverables, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Draft contracts in collaboration with the legal department and manage relevant POs.
• Identify new suppliers to strategically optimize the supply base and analyze purchase opportunities.
• Develop and implement cost reduction programs through vendor, material, and contract reviews.
• Gather market intelligence and trends for assigned categories.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation actions.

What you need to succeed

• 3 to 5 years of purchasing experience in similar roles, preferably within the industrial category, in a dynamic and international environment.
• A degree, preferably technical or commercial.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills.
• Familiarity with main IT tools, with SAP experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, relational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• A strong interest in professional growth within purchasing.
