In this role you will drive procurement strategy and the Commercial Finance Operations transformation within Roche Monza, partnering with cross-functional teams to enable agile ways of working and data-driven decisions. You will shape sourcing approaches, manage supplier relationships, and lead negotiations to maximize value while aligning with policy and regulatory requirements. The position emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and a strong customer-centric mindset in a fast-paced, multinational environment. You will influence decisions, challenge the status quo, and contribute to Roche’s mission to improve global access to healthcare.

• Develop knowledge of supplier markets, trends and innovations in assigned categories
• Scout strategic partners and co-create sourcing strategies with internal stakeholders
• Implement agile sourcing processes and lead source-to-pay activities using tools (RfIs, RfQs, RfPs) and eSourcing
• Analyze supplier proposals and lead negotiations according to strategy
• Oversee supplier contract setup in coordination with involved functions
• Manage supplier relationships to improve efficiency and commercial terms
• Contribute to supplier performance reviews, due diligence and risk assessment
• Collaborate across functions and international procurement groups to improve outcomes
• Co‑own procurement vision, strategy and their implementation

Responsabilità

• University degree in Engineering (preferably Management) or Business Administration/Economics
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role within a multinational environment (Diagnostics/Medical Devices preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay fundamentals
• Ability to apply AI-driven tools to optimize procurement processes and analyticsExcellent negotiation, problem solving, business acumen and organizational skills
• Strong interest in innovative technologies and AI for predictive data analysis and contract management within S2P
• Change orientation, simplification, and process improvement
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and influencing abilities
• Fluent in English and Italian
