Business & Pleasure Co Europe is seeking a highly motivated and well-connected Independent Sales Representative based in Italy to drive growth across the hospitality, hotel, and interior design sectors .
We are a premium outdoor lifestyle brand specializing in luxury umbrellas, outdoor furniture, and refined beach accessories , designed with a focus on timeless aesthetics, durability, and elevated outdoor experiences . Our products are trusted by leading hotels, resorts, and design professionals seeking to create distinctive, high-end environments.
This is an entrepreneurial opportunity for a sales professional with deep roots in the Italian HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) and interior design ecosystem .
You will act as a key representative of the brand, responsible for developing new business, nurturing relationships, and expanding our footprint across Italy and broader European markets . The role is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, values premium design, and understands how to position high-end products within the hospitality and design world.
- Business Development:
- Identify, target, and secure new B2B accounts across hotels, resorts, beach clubs, restaurants, and interior design studios
- Network Activation:
- Leverage your existing relationships within the hospitality and design community to generate qualified leads and opportunities
- Brand Representation:
- Present and position Business & Pleasure Co as a premium, design-forward brand , aligning with top-tier hospitality and lifestyle projects
- Project-Based Sales:
- Collaborate with designers, architects, and procurement teams on FF&E projects, from concept through installation
- Market Expansion:
- Grow presence not only within hospitality but also retail and e-commerce partnerships where relevant
- Sales Strategy Execution:
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to closing and account management
- Proven track record in hospitality FF&E sales (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment)
- Experience working with outdoor furniture, luxury goods, or design-led brands
- Strong existing network within HoReCa / CHR (Cafés, Hotels, Restaurants) and/or interior design firms
- Ability to open doors and convert relationships into revenue
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English (Italian required; additional European languages are a plus)
- Passion for design, hospitality, and premium lifestyle brands
