In-Store Hospitality & Experience Trainee (Roma Condotti)

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic In-Store Hospitality & Experience Trainee to join our Store in Roma Condotti . This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic retail environment, focusing on enhancing the client’s journey, supporting sales activities and supporting store visits and tours. Accountabilities Support in managing store traffic & client flow Deliver Exceptional Client Welcome & Brand Experience Support Personalized Service & In-Store Events Support the team in coordinating and managing client visits and tours within the store, including the dedicated Domvs (the in-store museum) Collaborate with the Corporate Heritage Team and HR Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Team to organize and schedule various visits, including those for students Qualifications Master's Degree Strong passion for the Brand and its values. Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of an additional language is highly preferred Good computer skills Personal Competencies Outstanding customer orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
