Amazon Global Logistics in China is a team of experienced logistics professionals, product & program managers, and carrier specialists supporting Amazon's international expansion goals. We are seeking highly motivated individuals who are interested in providing best-in-class logistics service to customers as global logistics operation specialists. The main purpose is to act as the control tower for end-to-end global logistics operations, focusing on process, procedure, and data activities to standardize processes, improve operation efficiency, and service quality.

Responsibilities
- Act as the control tower on end-to-end global logistics operation process by focusing on process, procedure, and data-related activities to standardize processes, improve operation efficiency, and service quality.
- Handle ocean export operation processes with LSPs and carriers.
- Ensure Amazon complies with China import and export regulations.
- Manage daily export operation-related issues.
- Collaborate with internal function partners on accounts receivable/payable, system testing, and service product launches.
Basic Qualifications
- High school or equivalent diploma.
- Experience in transportation operations and industry knowledge.
- University graduation with 3–5 years of experience in international forwarding.
- Proficient written and spoken English and Chinese communication skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a team to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Quick and keen learner.
- Good computer skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset; knowledge of CN-US/EU/UK/JP trade lanes.
