Role Description
We are looking for a Back Office Employee for the Sales Department at our Milan headquarters. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for managing international clients — from entering new customer records and processing orders, to organizing shipments, managing payments, participating in international trade fairs, supporting internal departments, and handling administrative requests. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of accuracy in all processes while ensuring efficient communication among different teams. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
Excellent knowledge of at least two of the following languages: French mother tongue or C1, English, or Spanish.
Solid experience in back-office operations, including data management and handling of commercial matters.
Strong communication skills, both within the team and with clients, to ensure smooth and professional collaboration.
Proven customer service experience, including handling inquiries and resolving issues with a focus on personalized assistance.
Additional qualities such as flexibility, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail are considered valuable assets.
