We are now looking for an experienced Immigration Lawyer to join our legal team in Italy. This role offers the opportunity to grow within an international team where ideas are welcome, collaboration is key, and your work has a real impact on people’s lives.
- Advise international clients on Italian visas, residence permits, family reunification and citizenship.
- Conduct assessment meetings to identify the most suitable visa or residence strategy for each case.
- Review and check documentation, ensuring authenticity, accuracy and compliance with Italian immigration law.
- Work with digital immigration platforms and internal case management tools to handle a high volume of processes efficiently.
- Hold document review sessions with clients, providing clear guidance on corrections or missing requirements.
- Draft, prepare and submit applications.
- Represent clients before immigration offices and authorities, managing follow-ups and anticipating possible obstacles.
- Work alongside the wider legal tean, contributing ideas and helping improve internal processes.
- Italian-qualified lawyer with solid experience in immigration law.
- Minimum of 2 years of practice with extensive knowledge of Legislative Decree 286/1998 (Testo Unico sull’Immigrazione) and related regulations.
- Fluency in English (C1/C2); other languages are an advantage.
- Strong legal drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A professional with a client-first mindset, capable of simplifying complex legal issues into clear advice.
- Someone who thrives in an international, fast-paced environment and enjoys working in a team.
- Ability to work confidently with case management tools, managing a high volume of cases efficiently and with precision.
- Exposure to international clients and cross-border cases (Portugal, Spain, Greece and Italy).
