Scope and Purpose
As a Business Director within the SCF deals team based in Milan, you will support the Head of the desk in coordinating and supervising activities across ISP international SCF desks. You will be responsible for providing periodic reports to Top Management.
- Coordinate with the Head of SCF deals and the team to manage information flow between Milan and local desks in New York, Singapore, London, Paris, Luxembourg, and other branches involved in SCF activities (Warsaw, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, etc.).
- Produce periodic reports on revenues, approved credit lines, utilization, risk-weighted assets, and submit them to Top Management and P&C.
- Support local desks in due diligence processes for locally originated transactions and supervise the credit process in coordination with the relevant Head of Industry and Global Relationship Managers.
- Assist in developing a global origination and commercial strategy, engaging with the SCF global market and other financial institutions.
- Support the Head of the Desk and Global Relationship Managers in enhancing the bank's primary market presence to promote Supply Chain and Accounts Receivable Finance products.
- Help local desks prepare SCF business proposals, product support notes, and monitor the credit submission process.
- Participate actively in originating new business opportunities with banks, third-party platforms, and corporate clients.
- Serve as the entry point in Head Office for the international SCF desks.
Required Experience
Deep knowledge of Supply Chain and Receivables Finance, developed over at least 5 years of experience in the field, preferably within a bank or financial institution.

- Understanding of the bank's global network, resources, and products.
