Description
The Customer Success team delivers a post‑sale lifecycle; Account managers act as “Trusted Advisors”, mapping use cases and helping customers realise the value of our products. The role focuses on helping our largest French‑speaking iGaming operators across Europe. You will support and grow relationships, ensuring clients exceed expectations and adopt TrueLayer’s payment method at the checkout.
What we expect from you as a Senior Customer Success Manager iGaming
- Drive end‑user adoption and retention at the checkout for our largest enterprise merchants.
- Own and grow your portfolio of key merchants, meeting strategic and growth goals through cross‑sell and upsell initiatives.
- Build and leverage relationships at all levels of client organisations – from C‑level executives to operational staff.
- Provide strategic and consultative thought leadership and data‑driven insights to influence Mā payments strategy of large iGaming enterprises.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing Remarks to align growth insights, influence product road‑maps, and ensure solutions meet enterprise customer needs.
- Promote growth through client account planning, optimal rhythms and action‑oriented KPIs.
- Meet clients face‑to‑face whenever possible throughout the year.
About you
- Obsessed with delivering client and TrueLayer growth through user adoption.
- Enjoy engaging others and developing positive working relationships at all levels of an organisation.
- Enthusiastic about leading strategic payment conversations, presenting business reviews, and improving share of wallet at the checkout.
- Skilled in leveraging business knowledge and analytical abilities to strategically assess and help бих reach TrueLayer and client goals.
- Excited to prioritise and coordinate multiple projects across different teams, while motivating and collaborating with others to achieve results.
- Previous experience driving growth and adoption at checkout with large clients in payments or fintech.

- Relevant vertical experience (particularly within iGaming).
- Previous work in fintech, ideally specialising in payments.
