As a Identity Management Operations Senior , you will be part of the "Identity & Privileged Access Management" Organizational Unit, a structure within the Cybersecurity area of the NEXI Group. The unit operates internationally across the entire Group perimeter, ensuring a comprehensive and secure management of the identity and privilege lifecycle in compliance with best practices and security regulations.

In this position, you will:

• Effectively support the day-by-day management of Group identities: from a technical perspective, by means of the identity management tools provided by the platforms, and from an organizational perspective, coordinating the activities involving multiple stakeholders, prioritizing tasks and tickets, collecting and monitoring KPIs, etc.
• Effectively support management activities on broader scopes such as periodical user reviews (according to the specific framework), supporting the collection of evidences for audits, etc.
• Effectively support project initiatives involving one-time activities such as – for example - extension of identities scopes, integration of new services, identity platforms upgrades, etc.
• Promptly act in case of unexpected events such as incidents, anomalies impacting user experience, resolving critical tickets, etc.
• Effectively contribute to the improvement of the identity management services leveraging the feedbacks and indicators.

Essential Qualifications

• Good general experience in the field of IT services and related operational activities. Also, preferably holds a degree in scientific disciplines.
• Experience in operating and managing IAG (Identity and Access Governance) and PAM (Privileged Access Management) platforms. Due to the “identity experience” is also quite familiar with technologies such as directories, web access-management, 2FA, etc.
• Method-oriented, analytical, and motivated to continually expand, improve, and update. The candidate is also capable of managing successful interaction with a diverse range of stakeholders both technical and business.

Bonus Skills

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English is a mandatory requirement for effective operation in an international environment.
• Specific certifications in the security field such as CISSP, CISM, ISO27KLA, CEH, CCSK, etc. are considered an added value to the candidate profile.
