ICT PMO_CONOSCENZA SOFTWARE MILES

Mission

• Identify specific projectand initiatives, based on companystrategy and businessrequirements.
• Define, manage and update constantly on the productstrategy, its priorities and the roadmap.
• Define strategy and priorities accordingly to the budget assigned.
• Manage the relationship with the local providers (TSA, SLA, externalproviders, local tools).
• Ensure governance and KPIs on service with recurrent stakeholder and partner.
• Support to businessdepartment on own initiatives implyinga functional and/ortechnical impact.
• Support budget definition and cost controland forecasting activities.

Activities and Responsibilities

• Acts as PMO for the digital initiatives and special projects (AI generative, APP, Web Portal...) both under a technical and a functional point of view.
• Coordinationof cross-functional activities between the businessdepartment and the ICT solution development team different managing the different stakeholders needed.
• Budget and planningmanagement.
• Prepares and supportsfor Audit and ISO certifications on technical landscape (ICT).
• Takes part in operational task forces on specific process-enhancing projects.
• Supports harmonization betweenHeadquarter and foreignmarkets’ operations.
• Identifiestechnical impacts arisingfrom renewed operational procedures.

Skills

• Analyticaland organizational skills (identification, mapping,KPIs, roles, organization, governance and work coordination, planning
• Project management tools and techniques knowledge and experience in Agile methodology. Project Management certification is a plus.
• Strong attitudefor problem solvingand fast learning.
• Strong team working orientation, work coordination and organization capabilities.
• CRS/Digitalplatform knowledge.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office, ticketing tool (service Now), mobile developer console, digital design and budgeting tools.
• Languages: English and Italian, French is a plus.

Essential: Miles ERP knowledge and experience in international contexts.

This position is based in Rome.

Annual salary commensurate with seniority.
