ICT HR SYSTEMS & INTEGRATIONS

In this role you will lead the Integration workstream within ICT HR Transformation, overseeing end-to-end integrations across multiple countries and ensuring solid BAU support for Payroll, T&A and DMS. You translate business needs into technical specs, partner with vendors and enterprise architecture, and drive quality through testing and knowledge transfer. You’ll build durable documentation and act as the nexus between business requirements, vendor capabilities, and architectural direction. salary range 40.000 - 58.000 equal opportunity commitment Lead the integration workstream across ICT HR Transformation programmes and manage end-to-end integrations per country Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications Collaborate with vendors and enterprise architecture teams to define optimal technical solutions Coordinate testing efforts between vendors and business stakeholders for solution quality Manage transition of new solutions from project delivery into support Oversee vendor relationships with the support organization and ensure service quality Act as the main liaison linking business needs, vendor capabilities, and architecture direction Lead structured knowledge transfer during onboarding and document undocumented processes and decisions 5-8 years of ICT HR systems experience (Payroll, T&A, SAP SuccessFactors, Workforce Planning) and integrations Experience in multi-country ICT environments is a plus Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central and Time), SAP HCM, SAP Payroll experience Familiarity with integration middleware; knowledge of cloud integration platforms (e.g. SAP Integration Suite) and Document Management Systems is a plus Strong business analysis, project management, and stakeholder management skills Proactive, self-motivated with continuous improvement mindset; ability to drive results in complex environments Experience leading workstreams within large-scale transformation programmes Ability to reconstruct systems/processes from scratch and document them well In this role you will lead the Integration workstream within ICT HR Transformation, overseeing end-to-end integrations across multiple count…
