Job Overview We are looking for a dedicated ICT HR Processes and Systems Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR PAYROLL projects and system enhancements, with a specific focus on Time & Attendance and Payroll for Italy.
This role acts as a crucial bridge, coordinating between external vendors and internal business stakeholders to ensure vendor solutions align perfectly with business requirements.
Responsibilities Projects & Change
Lead and drive HR system transformation initiatives, with a focus on Time & Payroll solutions, key Legal applications delivering impactful and scalable improvements.
Manage end‑to‑end project lifecycle, including planning, coordination, and execution of HR and Legal application initiatives, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery.
Oversee demand management by capturing business needs, prioritizing initiatives, and translating requirements into actionable roadmaps.
Drive system evolution and integration, ensuring seamless alignment between HR and Legal processes.
Foster strong collaboration between business stakeholders and external vendors, facilitating effective communication and joint solution design.
Guide the organization through the transition towards the target (to‑be) operating model, supporting change adoption and continuous improvement.
Operational activities
Ensure the reliable performance and continuous optimization of HR applications, with a strong focus on Time & Payroll systems, safeguarding system stability and service quality.
Effectively manage vendor relationships (AMS), co‑ordinating incident resolution and service requests to maintain high operational standards.
Oversee reporting activities while ensuring full compliance with corporate policies and regulatory frameworks (SOX, ITGC), supporting audit processes through the timely and accurate delivery of evidence and documentation.
Serve as the key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners.
Provide ongoing support for personnel administration systems used by employees, working closely with vendors to resolve issues and enhance the performance of HR and Legal web applications.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Master Degree in Economics studies and or Management.
Experience 3-5 years in ICT‑HR and Legal system management.
Knowledge of Italian payroll and time tracking; Legal applications and requirements.
Skills in vendor management and coordination.
Fluency in English and Italian languages.
Offer
Salary range: from 39 € to 43 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements.
Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the (first / second / third) professional area.
