Per la nostra divisione d i Industrial Cybersecurit y , con sede a Prato, stiamo cercando un/una ICS Cybersecurity Expert .

La figura avrà il compito di analizzare le tecnologie e le architetture OT dei clienti, identificando vulnerabilità, criticità e opportunità di miglioramento dal punto di vista della cybersecurity.

Grazie all’esperienza maturata in ambito remediation e system integration, la figura sarà in grado di definire soluzioni, strategie e roadmap di sicurezza concrete e sostenibili, supportando il cliente nelle fasi decisionali e progettuali fino all’avvio dell’implementazione operativa.

Lavorerà su assessment e attività di cybersecurity OT presso aziende industriali e infrastrutture critiche, analizzando architetture ICS/SCADA, reti industriali, processi di segmentazione, esposizione dei sistemi e strategie di remediation secondo standard IEC62443 e framework NIST.

Collaborerà con il team per sviluppare relazioni tecniche, redigere documentazione e procedure operative e supportare i clienti nella definizione di strategie di sicurezza efficaci e conformi agli standard di settore.

Responsabilità

• Analizzare le infrastrutture OT dei clienti, identificando vulnerabilità e rischi di sicurezza.
• Fornire consulenza tecnica per la progettazione di soluzioni di sicurezza informatica personalizzati.
• Collaborare con i clienti per definire strategie di sicurezza e piani di miglioramento, basandoti sulla tua esperienza nel mondo della remediation e dell'integrazione di sistemi.
• Redigere documentazione tecnica e procedure operative per garantire la sicurezza e la conformità agli standard di settore.
• Supportare il team di Ricerca e Sviluppo (R&D) nello sviluppo di nuovi servizi e soluzioni tecniche in ambito di sicurezza informatica
• Partecipare a incontri tecnici con clienti e partner per identificare nuove opportunità di collaborazione e rafforzare le relazioni.

Esperienze

• Esperienza lavorativa di almeno 3 anni in ambito Cybersecurity, preferibilmente in contesti industriali o infrastrutturali complessi.
• Conoscenza tecnica di dispositivi di rete OT (router, switch, firewall), protocolli industriale e soluzioni di sicurezza industriali (es. SRA, NIDS, Anti-malware).
• Conoscenza delle network topology , protocolli e dispositivi utilizzati dai vendor primari in ambito OT (es. Siemens, Schneider Elettric , Rockwell, Emerson, Honeywell).
• Conoscenza di base delle normative di sicurezza informatica (es. ISO 27001, NIST, IEC62443) e dei concetti di risk management.
• Ottime capacità analitiche e di problem solving, con un approccio orientato alla consulenza e alla progettazione di soluzioni.
• Capacità di lavorare in team multidisciplinari e di comunicare efficacemente con clienti e colleghi.
• Conoscenze linguistiche richieste: italiano minimo C1, inglese minimo B2

Saranno valutate come plus

• Esperienza in società di system integration o in progetti di consulenza tecnica per infrastrutture critiche
• Conoscenza di strumenti di monitoraggio e gestione della sicurezza in ambito OT (es. SIEM, IDS/IPS) e relative certificazioni.
• Quantità di sistemi e architetture SCADA e DCS conosciuti
