• Lead and supervise hourly associates, team leads and data analysts in ICQA
• Support safety programs and ensure a safe work environment
• Coordinate inventory control, quality assurance, and issue-solving within FC
• Plan shifts, forecast workload, and direct tasks
• Oversee process-improvement projects to boost quality and productivity
• Review KPIs daily/weekly/monthly and analyze data for improvements
• Develop talent by training managers and associates
• Provide leadership during handovers and communicate priorities

Responsabilità

• Degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience in operations management
• Experience in data analysis and working with data sets and tools
• Proficiency in local language and English (spoken and written)
• Advanced MS Office, especially Excel
• Previous experience leading teams
• Experience influencing stakeholders within Ops organization
